Back to blog The bus operator Tower Transit has called for strike action this Bank Holiday weekend, which will mean multiple bus services will be affected if the strike goes ahead. There will be two 24-hour strikes this weekend on Friday 26th August and Monday 29th August. Each strike will start at 00:01 and end 23:59 the same day, however services in the early hours of Saturday and Tuesday might suffer delays as everything gets back to normal.
