Tip: Swap the cherry syrup for a cherry liqueur for a boozey alternative.

This one is a staple of Caffè Nero where it comes accompanied by an amoretti biscuit. But you’ll also find Amaretto Latte’s served in a number of independent coffee shops in London, including Coffee & Candy at Russell Square.

Ingredients
* 1 shot of amaretto liquor
* 2 tsp of sugar
* 2 shots of espresso
* 180ml of milk

Step 2 – Warm milk in a saucepan and then add to the coffee mixture.
